Kate Bursey, C. Dir., M. CIoD. is CEO of the Atlantic Canada Governance Institute (ACGI) and founding faculty member of the Caribbean Governance Training Institute (CGTI). She has taught extensively throughout Canada and the Caribbean in the fields of director development and risk management. She has sat on numerous boards at the national and local level and her international practice focuses on organizational capacity building and strategic planning.
